8am-7pm M-Th and 8 am-5pm Fri or by appointment

Client Eligibility:
Individuals with disabilities and service needs for physician-prescribed therapies in home or clincal settings and/or job training and supported employment.

Fee Determinationn:
Based on ability to pay.
